How does it work?

These are Organised Group Padel sessions for adults. Mixed gender - guys & girls - we'll make it even numbers.

Its a friendly mixed ability session, where we split in to groups (Beginner & Intermediate).

1.5 hours, with lots of breaks!

Session format

  • Warm up - 10 mins
  • Relaxed Rally - 15 mins
  • Padel Matches - 40 mins
  • Break - 5 mins
  • Mixed group games - 20 Mins
  • Followed by Drinks / Coffee / Good Vibes!

The session is very relaxed, if you want to stop, just stop.

There is a cafe on site with refreshments, there are toilets too.

Rich from SWING SOCIAL will be there to lead the session - social & friendly atmosphere!

Price per person. Bat Hire Included - we will provide them. You can book for a friend too! Its easy!

Ability

How does pricing work? We're a fully transparent Social Enterprise. We book the courts from the Padel Zone (our partner) and then we sell the tickets on to our sessions. Find out more here. Courts are owned by our partner "Padel Zone", we are an authorised booking partner.

Super fun padel sessions

I was new to padel and Rich’s session got me hooked on it! He was very approachable and kind, and made the games more fun by doing a scoring system tournament-style. I would definitely recommend attending his sessions if you’re interested in trying padel for the first time or are a seasoned padel player. They’re affordable, fun, and a great way to meet new people.

How do your Padel Sessions Work?

These are organised Padel sessions. A Leader from SWING SOCIAL will be there to take the session & give out the bats - but its not a coaching lesson. Its an organised game between people of the same ability - very relaxed, social & friendly atmosphere! All abilities are welcome. Mixed Gender, but we do offer female only sessions.

Do I need a Padel bat?

Yes you need a Padel bat, but don't worry! We give them out at the session - its included in the price for free! When you book your slot, there is an option to add a bat on.

Will I be with other people?

Yes, we always fill every session with people of the same ability as you. The sessions are normally mixed gender. We're really friendly!

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, just send them the link to book! Padel is a great new sport to pick up.

What Padel Level am I?

  1. Beginners/Intro (first time players, learners, anyone!)
  2. Beginner Plus (you've played Padel a couple of times)
  3. Intermediate (you've played Padel a fair amount)
  4. Advanced (you've played Padel to a good standard)

Can I park there?

Padel Zone Hitchin has dedicated on-site parking available at the back of the venue. If the on-site car park is full, there is a nearby multi-storey car park within a 2-minute walk,
